Can the digital transfromation serves to focus more on persons? How can we use this new technologies to create a strong link with the society? Paradoxically, the digitalization process of the enterprises serves to humanize them. Discover how to take advantage all the potential of new technologies for being more human.

What is the first step into this new reality? The automation of tasks allows to focus on workers, customers, partners and contributors. The target is to connect the information and the persons in order to help to take choices. But, how does the digitalization connects to the enterprises? With the decentralization, the collective intelligence, the geolocation, the experience of the user… In other words, with all that happens between persons in the world. They are streamlined, rehumanize and gives the power to job in the net.

Becoming in a social brand.

With the new reality every time is more evident that only those enterprises that achieve to create strong links with the society will survive in the technological future. And this target is not granted by the machines. So, why not we make the most of the new technologies and that they help to achieve it? Digitalization also allows a Brand to become more human.

Should the enterprises consider about their role in the social development and the environment? Companies need more tan never listen and share in order they can be taken into account. Furthermore, the high technological level of the life gives everytime more value to the human interaction. So it is shown by the millennials and their demand to the enterprises that empathise with them and have a more direct relationship.

But, what does mean to focus on persons?

  • Worry about the welfare of the workers and the communities in which are influenced and make this commitment a corporative priority.
  • Create an space where it is valued thw worker and boosts his or her talent.
  • Take into account his or her view of the business and the customer, with his or her intuition and his or her passion to make sure that the decisions are focused on persons.
  • Link them and eliminate obstacles so the ideas can flow.
  • Create diverse teams that give a wide and empathic sight.

And wich strategies should we follow?

  • Allow the information to flow freely. Intranets, corporative blogs, common contacts agendas, network tools… All this channels qualify and empower each employee not only in their individual job but also in their collective contribution.
  • Analyse data in order to deepen in the needs of customers and potentials. What use performs own products or services? What are the weaknesses and, thereby, the opportunities? All this will allow us to reach to a mass audience and to an individual at the same time.
  • Use bots to keep conversations with customers and learn from them. Increasingly more persons are getting used to treat, entertain and learn with them. The key is to convert this relation into human. The customer service has to be technologically human and the solutions, simples.
  • New processes like the blockchain for offering transparence and responsability through traceability of products and transactions.
  • Taking into account the conversations in the social media. Behaviours change and spread initiatives healthful for the community. Why not keep up with what worries to our customers and potentials? Consumers decide in real time what it matters.

Humanize demands adopt a point of view, defend it and behave coherently with it in every area of the enterprise. This is what creates a real link. We must take part of the culture of the era in order to create a physical and digital community around a common interest.

The humanization of the enterprise is the next s. tep to the digitalization, when not at the same time. As the branding expert Andy Stalman says: “The most important brand we should develop today is the human brand”. Do you dare to boost a humanizated digital transformation?
